The Black Women’s Wealth Alliance (BWWA) proudly announces the opening of applications for the Bee Pathways Program, a groundbreaking workforce development initiative poised to transform the wellness, beauty, food, and cultural sectors within the Black community.

Spearheaded by BWWA founder Kenya McKnight Ahad, this first-of-its-kind program in Minnesota is designed to empower individuals, especially those with no prior industry experience and recent graduates aiming to forge successful careers. Bee Pathways offers comprehensive training and real-world job placement opportunities, setting participants on a path to thrive in their chosen fields.

About BWWA

Since 2014, the Black Women’s Wealth Alliance (BWWA) in Minnesota, especially North Minneapolis, has empowered over 5,000 Black women through initiatives aimed at improving their economic status. BWWA offers programs like the Asset Fund, Da Hive Co-Working Space, and more, focusing on financial education, networking, and resources to foster financial success and generational wealth. The alliance has allocated over $2 million in grants, facilitated $1.5 million in loans, supported 1,500 Black women entrepreneurs, and further aided students, homeowners, and professionals in their financial and career goals.
