The Bee Pathways Program offers a transformative 20-week paid placement opportunity, aptly termed as a “career-turnship,” where participants gain invaluable hands-on experience in Black-owned businesses and organizations. This immersive learning experience not only equips individuals with practical skills but also fosters a deeper understanding of industry dynamics and community needs.

Comprehensive Training

Knowledge is power. Through a tailored 5-8 week curriculum, participants undergo comprehensive training in essential skills such as administration, communication, technology, emotional intelligence, and more.
