About The Program

BEE Pathways, a program under the auspices of the Black Women’s Wealth Alliance (BWWA), is committed to equipping Black individuals with the skills, resources, and opportunities necessary to excel in the wellness, beauty, food, and cultural sectors. By providing comprehensive training and job placement assistance, BEE Pathways aims to address the disparities faced by Black communities in accessing career opportunities and economic empowerment.

A Visionary Leap Forward

Under the visionary leadership of Kenya McKnight Ahad, the Bee Pathways Program reflects a deep commitment to fostering economic empowerment and wealth building within the Black community. By targeting key growth industries and providing a robust support system, the program aims to create a dynamic workforce ready to meet the evolving needs of Minnesota’s economy.

At BEE Pathways, we believe that when black women succeed, we all succeed.

Join us in our mission to create a more inclusive and equitable world for black women in business.
